RosaNegra

A vibrant celebration of Latin America where cuisine, music, fire, and energy gradually transform dinner into one of Tulum’s most intense nights.

RosaNegra begins around a table, but it never promises that the night will stay there. In the heart of the Hotel Zone, its concept combines Latin American cuisine, cocktails, and entertainment within a space where the energy deliberately increases as the hours pass. The kitchen moves through different territories of Latin America, from Mexican flavors and Peruvian ceviches to meats inspired by Argentine tradition. But as the night advances, other protagonists appear: the resident DJ, the bongos, the dance, and different moments of spectacle that completely change the restaurant's rhythm. Fire is also part of that identity. On certain nights, the Tribal Fire Dance uses percussion, movement, and flames to transform the space into a stage, reinforcing that deliberately blurred boundary between restaurant and nightlife. There are dinners after which one asks where to continue the night. RosaNegra tries to eliminate the question. The table stays in the same place; it is the people around who, at some point, begin to dance.
